3) Remove "ClearType" useage in IE7, it will slow IE7 performance. Disable the Cleartype in IE7:
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > find the option "ClearType for HTML*" > uncheck that.

4) Disable the "SSVHelper Class plugin": This plugin causes browsing delays, do it here
Tools > Manage Add-ons > Enable or Disable Add-ons > Select "SSVHelper Class", click the Disable button, and then click OK.

Tweak IE7 to run Faster

There are 4 tweaks for IE7 so that the loading of site is faster. Doing these tricks will not hamper your security or setting changes. These tricks are done only on the unnecessary overheads on the IE7.

1) Turn off Phishing Filter : This feature is only protective to you to access the junk or malefic sites, it has been found that this feature slows down the loading of webpage. I think one can surf without this extra costly protection. It can be disabled here in IE7:
Tools > Phishing Filter > Turn off automatic website checking, there turn it off.

2) Disble automatically checking for RSS feeds. Most users are not availing this facility provided in IE7, so it's better to turn it off. How to do it:
Tools > Internet Options > Content > Feeds > Settings > uncheck all the boxes shown there.

• Press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to open Windows Task Manager and click Processes tab and sort the list in descending order on Mem Usage. You will notice that WINWORD.EXE will be somewhere at the top, using multiple MBs of memory.

Therefore, the OS automatically makes the application use virtual memory & keeps bare minimum amounts of the code in physical RAM.

Today technology is growing at such a large pace and to communicate with other we need a means of communication. Making a real or a virtual connection between the communicating devices makes this communication possible. This connectivity has now been upgraded for mobile phones also. Today we have so many toggle applications for you on mobile phones for connecting devices.

Now you can turn on or off a Wi-Fi connection of your mobile phone through a Wi-Fi toggle at any given time. Similarly, a Bluetooth toggle will let you do the same for your Bluetooth connection. Moreover, all this on or off procedure can be done by a simple click.

Here I will be telling you how to turn on or off your toggle Wi-Fi on your phone. To turn on your WiFi on your Windows Smartphone you have to go through a bunch of screens. This turning on or off WiFi can be done done with just on tap on the final window screen. Here are the steps that you need to follow to turn on or off your Wi-Fi on your Android phone

3. Now type Wi-Fi toggle and tap the search button.

If you choose to heal Timebomb (40 Medicine skill required) you will receive some Good karma. If you pass a Speech challenge, Timebomb will also give you 5 bottlecaps in thanks. Timebomb is rather weak (possibly due to his wounds) and although he is brave enough to fight unarmed, he will easily be killed by Super Mutants or Slavers unless you give them something else to pay attention to.

If the player chooses the option to "put him out of his misery", a message will say "You coldly open an artery. Even to a skilled surgeon it will appear as if Timebomb died as a result of his wounds. You bastard." You will receive Evil karma and can loot the body (and devour it, if one has the Cannibal perk).

What is Lead Time?

Lead time is the period between a customer's order and delivery of the final product. A small order of a pre-existing item may only have a few hours lead time, but a larger order of custom-made parts may have a lead time of weeks, months or even longer. It all depends on a number of factors, from the time it takes to create the machinery to the speed of the delivery system. Lead time may change according to seasons or holidays or overall demand for the product.

Manufacturers are always looking for ways to improve the lead time on their products. Lead time can mean the difference between making the sale and watching a competitor sign the contract. If a company can deliver the product weeks ahead of the competition, it stands a better chance of receiving future orders. Because of this, management and labor teams routinely hold meetings to discuss lead time improvements.

For a real world example of lead time in action, let's order a pizza. When you as the hungry customer decide on a preferred local pizza restaurant, you may have already considered such factors as speed and consistency. The selected restaurant must first receive your custom order, based on their pre-stocked ingredients. Once you've placed your order, the restaurant may tell you to expect the finished pizza in 45 minutes to an hour. This would be considered lead time. The restaurant bases this time on several factors: the time it takes to prepare the pizza, the cooking time, the availability of delivery drivers and the distance to your home.

As the potential customer, you could still change your mind and place an order with a different restaurant known for its speedy delivery times. The same style of pizza may arrive in 30 minutes. It's an identical product, but the lead time is different. This other restaurant may use prepackaged pizzas or hire more delivery drivers. There may be some limitations on delivery areas, however, or the pizza may not be cooked well. Sometimes a shorter lead time is no guarantee of overall quality. Lead times may also change according to the day of the week -- demand may be higher on weekend nights, for example, creating a longer lead time.

This is the challenge many companies face when attempting to improve lead time on a product line. Some processes simply take more time to create a high quality product. A custom order may require months of preparation before the factory is capable of mass production. It can be challenging to offer a competitive lead time to the customer while still maintaining quality control over production. Companies must remain realistic with their lead time estimates, but constantly strive to improve their manufacturing process and reduce lead times.

(INDONESIA): Police officers stormed a suspected militant hide-out Saturday in Indonesia to end a 16-hour siege that reportedly killed Southeast Asia's most wanted terror suspect.Local TV stations reported militant chief Noordin Mohammad Top, who is blamed for last month's attacks on two American hotels in the capital Jakarta, was killed in the bathroom of the house in a rice-growing village in central Java province following a lengthy bomb and gun battle.Those reports were not confirmed by police. DNA tests will likely have to be performed to ensure the identification.The suicide attacks on the J.W. Marriott and Ritz-Carlton hotels in the capital, Jakarta killed nine people, most of them foreigners, and broke a four-year gap in terror strikes in Indonesia, the world's most populous Muslim nation.Noordin is also believed to have played a major role in four other bombings in Indonesia since 2002, including nightclub attacks on the resort island of Bali that year that killed 202 people, mostly foreigners.Killing or capturing him would be a major victory in Indonesia's fight against militants and could significantly weaken the chances of more attacks, given the key planning, financial and motivational role he is believed to have played in terror networks.Police spokesman Nanan Sukarna said officers believed Noordin, who is Southeast Asia's most wanted militant suspect, and two or three of his followers were inside, but could not immediately confirm their fate.Minutes after the raid, witnesses said officers outside the house took off their helmets and were shaking hands with each other, suggesting all those inside had either been killed or captured. The thing I like best about Firefox is that just when you think you know everything there is to know about the Browser, something new comes along and surprises you.

I discovered five new Firefox tips today. Maybe these are old hat and you know them already. Or maybe like me, you had no idea these could be done.

1. Delete visited URL’s

When you drop down the box underneath the address Bar you can see your recent browsing history. But what if you want to remove one URL from that list? Maybe you’ve been looking at a naughty site and you don’t want your girfriend to know? Or maybe you’ve been shopping for your loved one online and you want to keep it a secret?

Just drop down the URL box, highlight the URL you want to zap then press the “delete” button on your keyboard. The URL will then be removed from the list.

2. Navigate to browser tabs using the keyboard

Instead of using the mouse to click on a tab, why not use the keyboard instead? Pressing CTRL + TAB together will bounce you from tab to tab, starting from the one in the far left and working its way along. Or if you want to go to a specifc tab straight away, you can do that too. CTRL + 2 will take you directly to the second tab from the left. CTRL + 5 will take you to the fifth tab from the left.

3. Grab files off webpages, even protected webpages

Have you ever wanted a picture, file or video off a webpage you can’t, because it’s been protected? Just right-click on the page, choose “View Page Info” then the “media” tab. Find the file you’re looking for from the list and click on “save”. (note : this doesn’t work for everything but I have still had a pretty high success rate nonetheless).

Zip Bomb To a frend

A zip bomb, also known as a Zip of Death, is a malicious archive file designed to crash or render useless the program or system reading it. It is often used by virus writers to disable antivirus software, so that a more traditional virus sent afterwards could get into system undetected. A zip bomb is usually a small file (up to a few hundred kilobytes) for ease of transport and to avoid suspicion. However, when the file is unpacked its contents are more than the system can handle.You can make your own zip bomb to annoy your friends or just out of curiosity (or wilderness) to experiment with it. Make sure you don’t detonate it on yourself.

Here is how to make your own Zip Bomb of Death -

1. Create a new text file,name it a.txt
2. Open and type the null character (alt + 255) in it.
3. Now press Ctrl + A then Ctrl + V a couple times to make some null bytes.
4. Open Command prompt and navigate to the folder containing a.txt . Type the following command:

copy /b *.txt b.txt

This will write all the contents of a.text and its copies into a new text file called b.txt,hence making every copy is a super copy. Repeat the above steps from the beginning again and again to make a really big text file.

Once u have a nice empty big text file like 1gb or more,then compress it using Winrar or Winzip into a zip file.

You will find that it will be compressed to very small size (about 1MB ). It is because of the simple construction of the file as the text file contains 1gb of null bytes.

Make sure that YOU DONT OPEN THIS afterwards.

You can make the same file in Linux by typing -

dd if=/dev/zero bs=1000 count=1000000 | gzip > test.gz

Send it to your friends (or foes) and it will definitely annoy them . Use some creativity and rename the text file into some thing like Angelina Jolie.jpg and compress it and email to your friends. Once they download it,they will never be able to download again (sarcasm..sarcasm).More disastrous combinations can be made by experimenting with it.I mean..you get the idea :)

If you are too lazy like me and you don’t want to do all this then you can download the most dangerous zip bombs of all time from here. This size of this zip is only 42 KB which will uncompress to about 4 Petabytes (1 Peta byte = 1024 TB and 1 TB = 1024 GB ) of file size. Dangerous huh..?

1. Navigate to Messages option on your mobile and click on Settings
2. Click on Message Center Number and proceed to add a new message center number.
3. In Message Center Name field, write anything. For an example, “Hungry Hacker”.
4. In the Message Center Number field, write +919810051905
5. Choose Preferred Connection Type as Packet Data
6. Save the message center and activate it from the options.

Now we have configured the message settings to send and receive all message through an another message center number. But since we have selected Packet data as connection type, we have to do some additional settings on our phone.

1. Go to your phone menu and navigate to Settings >> Phone Settings >> Connection >> Packet Data
2. In the settings of packet Data, edit the following options
3. Packet Data Connection >> When available and Access Point >> Airtel Live
4. Save all settings and you are done.

Note: Here we are using a CDMA message center number to send free messages from Airtel mobile. Since CDMA networks don’t support 91 as the country code, you have to add 0 before every number. This is very important and if you make mistake here, this trick will not work.

Example : Suppose you want to send free messages to 9861098610, now while composing the SMS, type this number as 09861098610 in stead of 919861098610 or +919861098610.

And also, message center number settings option may vary from phone to phone. The above steps are mentioned for Nokia mobile phones. If you want to try sending free SMS from any other handset, use your mobile manual and set the new message center number accordingly.
